AIG Must Defend Port Authority Against WTC Asbestos Claims

Law360, New York (August 21, 2013, 5:11 PM ET) -- An American International Group Inc. unit will have to continue defending the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey against thousands of asbestos-related injury claims brought by the original World Trade Center's construction workers under a New York trial court's ruling released Wednesday.
