Apple Tells Fed. Circ. Mobile IOS Not A 'Program'

Law360, Los Angeles (August 21, 2013, 6:48 PM ET) -- Apple Inc. has urged the Federal Circuit to affirm a lower court's judgment that its iOS mobile operating system does not infringe Ancora Technologies Corp.'s patent for software anti-piracy technology, saying the trial judge correctly construed the term "program" to refer only to applications.
