Downtown Casino May Boost Revitalization, Philly Official Says

Law360, Philadelphia (September 24, 2013, 3:29 PM EDT) -- While declining to endorse any of the six applications being considered for a second casino license in Philadelphia, a high-ranking city official told the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board on Tuesday that proposals for gaming parlors in the city’s downtown had a greater chance of spurring additional economic development.
