NJ Nonprofit Stands Up To Christie On Affordable Housing

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 2:50 PM ET) -- The nonprofit Fair Share Housing Center has notched victories this year in New Jersey that blocked Gov. Chris Christie from abolishing the state Council on Affordable Housing and quickly seizing $165 million in towns' affordable housing funds, and the group's associate director told Law360 that its fight for lower-income residents isn't over yet.
