Microsoft FCPA Bribery Probe Expands Into Russia, Pakistan

Law360, Los Angeles (August 22, 2013, 6:15 PM ET) -- Federal regulators have widened their investigation of Microsoft Corp. for allegedly bribing foreign officials in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, expanding the probe into Russia and Pakistan after anonymous tipsters in those countries made similar accusations, according to a Wednesday report.
