Enviro Groups Booted From Alpha Selenium Suit

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 1:04 PM EDT) -- A West Virginia federal judge on Thursday booted three environmental groups from a suit against a pair of Alpha Natural Resources Inc. mining units accused of dumping toxic selenium into nearby waterways, saying they haven’t shown they were injured by the alleged pollution.
