Judge Won't Toss Miami Beach Club's $50M Malpractice Suit

Law360, Miami (August 23, 2013, 8:28 PM ET) -- A Florida judge on Friday refused to dismiss a Miami Beach private beach club's suit accusing Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP of costing the club $50 million in a botched attempt to reduce its property taxes.
