Bank Of America Probing Death Of Intern

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 2:56 PM ET) -- Bank of America Merril Lynch announced Friday that it has formed a working group to examine the circumstances surrounding the death last week of an intern who had reportedly been overworked by the financial giant.

The bank has thus far declined comment on the workload of 21-year-old Moritz Erhardt or what role it may have had in his Aug. 15 death, but spokesman John McIvor highlighted the administrative steps the bank is taking to learn more about the incident.
