Gunster Snags Fla. DEP Atty In Tallahassee Office

Law360, Miami (August 23, 2013, 5:26 PM EDT) -- Gunster Yoakley & Stewart PA has picked up a former Florida Department of Environmental Protection attorney as a shareholder in its Tallahassee, Fla., office, the firm said Friday.

Gregory M. Munson, who served as deputy secretary for water policy with the FDEP, will join Gunster Yoakley on Sept. 23 as part of its environmental and land use practice, and will concentrate on the area of water use and water rights, according to the firm.
