6th Circ. Ruling Stymies Macy's Challenge, UFCW Tells NLRB

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 3:49 PM EDT) -- Macy's Inc.'s challenge to the approval of a bargaining unit composed of cosmetics and fragrance sales employees should be rejected in light of the Sixth Circuit affirming the National Labor Relations Board's controversial Specialty Healthcare decision, a United Food and Commercial Workers local said Wednesday.
