Texas High Court Will Hear Blogger Defamation Row

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 3:36 PM ET) -- The Texas Supreme Court said Friday that it would consider whether Google Inc. can be compelled to unmask an anonymous blogger whom automobile services company The Reynolds and Reynolds Co. says has been defaming it following its $2.8 billion merger with Universal Computer Systems Inc.
