ITC Clears Way For Duties On Alloy From India, Elsewhere

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 4:13 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission found Friday that removing anti-dumping duties on silicomanganese imported from India and two other countries would likely harm U.S. producers of the alloy, clearing the way for the duties to stay in effect.
