Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 2:26 PM ET) -- The African continent enjoys a growing population and significant natural resources. At the same time, Africa remains largely dominated by developing economies with limited public infrastructure and includes nations that are among the least economically developed in the world.

These facts present significant investment opportunities in Africa, whether in oil and gas concessions, mining operations, public utilities, construction and infrastructure projects, or privatizations.
