3rd Circ. Reverses Immunity Finding In Deadly Fire Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 23, 2013, 6:31 PM ET) -- The Third Circuit on Friday reversed a lower court’s judgment that the families of two women who were killed in an apartment fire successfully showed that the deaths would have been prevented if the defendants hadn’t approved the apartment that allegedly didn’t meet Section 8 quality standards.
