Fredericks Peebles Seeks Coverage Of Tribe's Fight With Atty

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 7:01 PM ET) -- Fredericks Peebles & Morgan LLP sued American Guarantee and Liability Insurance Co. in federal court Friday to recoup part of a settlement the law firm reached on behalf of an indicted attorney who allegedly exposed it to liability by bamboozling their joint client, a California Indian tribe.
