AutoZone Can't Decertify Worker Class, Judge Says

Law360, San Francisco (August 23, 2013, 8:22 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Friday denied AutoZone Inc.'s bid to decertify a class of workers who claim they were improperly denied rest breaks, saying it's too soon to determine whether a majority of the car parts retailer’s stores ignored the company's policy of not allowing enough breaks.
