Pfizer Settles Former Exec's FCA Suit In 1st Circ.

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 7:32 PM ET) -- A former Pfizer Inc. executive has dropped his bid to resurrect a False Claims Act suit over the company's payment of kickbacks to doctors for prescriptions of human growth hormone drug Genotropin after reaching a settlement, according to a document filed with the First Circuit Thursday.
