Paula Deen Race Bias Suit 'Amicably Resolved,' Attys Say

Law360, Los Angeles (August 23, 2013, 7:29 PM ET) -- Attorneys for celebrity chef Paula Deen and a former employee who accused Deen and her brother of sexual harassment and discrimination have agreed to dismiss the proceedings with prejudice and without any award of costs or fees, according to a document filed in Georgia federal court on Friday.
