Recused Judge's Orders Nixed In Freddie Mac Securities Suit

Law360, New York (August 26, 2013, 3:38 PM EDT) -- An Ohio federal judge set aside several orders from another judge Friday in the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System's securities class action against Freddie Mac over its subprime exposure, saying that the possible appearance of impartiality tainted the other orders.
