JPMorgan, Citibank Duck Antitrust Claims In Libor Suit

Law360, New York (August 26, 2013, 4:24 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge refused Friday to revive antitrust and commodities law claims against Citibank, JPMorgan Chase  & Co. and several other banks accused of manipulating the London interbank benchmark rate.

U.S. District Judge Naomi Buchwald ruled that the investors and other plaintiffs should not get another chance to amend their antitrust allegations because their experienced attorneys already had the opportunity to strengthen their claims when the plaintiffs filed their consolidated complaints.
