3rd Circ. Overturns $30M Verdict For Ford Truck Dealers

Law360, New York (August 26, 2013, 3:58 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Monday vacated an approximately $30 million jury award to 11 former Ford Motor Co. heavy-duty truck dealers who alleged the auto company breached contracts when it ceased manufacturing the trucks after selling off the unprofitable business line in 1997.
