Funai Should Face Import Ban For IP Grift, LSI Says

Law360, New York (August 26, 2013, 6:00 PM EDT) -- LSI Corp. and Agere Systems Inc. urged the U.S. International Trade Commission to uphold an administrative law judge's finding that certain Funai Electric Co. Ltd. products infringe their patent for Internet-connected home entertainment products, saying the judge construed the claims properly and correctly affirmed the patent's validity.
