Red Cross Takes Fight Over Benefit Changes To High Court

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 6:00 PM ET) -- The American Red Cross has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a ruling granting the National Labor Relations Board's bid for an injunction forcing the humanitarian agency to roll back changes it made to wages and benefits while certification of a union election was pending.
