Fujitsu, Patriot Head Back To Court Over Chip Patents

Law360, New York (December 5, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- Computer maker Fujitsu Corp. has asked a court to declare that its products do not infringe semiconductor patents partially controlled by Patriot Scientific, adding yet another lawsuit to the skirmish over Patriot’s chip patents.

The patents in question are controlled jointly by Patriot and Technology Properties Limited, a company that has asserted them against numerous consumer electronics makers.
