Law360, New York (February 11, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- An appellate judge ruled on Monday that chip-maker IXYS Corp. did not infringe an International Rectifier Inc. patent for high-power semiconductor switching devices – the third reversal in the eight-year-long case.
The case, which came before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit for the second time last year, turned on the construction of three claims in the disputed patent.
