Samsung Blasts Ericsson's Call For ITC To Set SEP Royalties

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 3:36 PM ET) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. fired back Monday at Ericsson Inc.'s request that the U.S. International Trade Commission start setting royalty rates for standard-essential patents due to a recent White House order, saying that doing so would be "without basis in the law" and "unworkable."
