Spectra Doesn't Have To Face Jury Over $1B Pipeline Pay

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 6:40 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Thursday denied jury trials on the compensation a Spectra Energy Corp. subsidiary owes to the owner of a Jersey City property approved for 575 residential units and to the municipality itself over easements for a $1.2 billion New Jersey-to-Manhattan pipeline.
