NJ Court Nixes Trade Secrets Row Over Generic Cough Syrup

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 3:56 PM ET) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Tuesday rejected UCB Manufacturing Inc.’s breach of contract and unfair competition claims in its suit accusing a former employee of disclosing confidential information to rival Tris Pharma Inc. to develop a generic version of UCB’s previously patented Tussionex cough medicine.
