Ex-Cassidian Employee Agrees To TRO In Trade Secret Case

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 6:08 PM ET) -- A former Cassidian Communications Inc. employee who stands accused of taking hundreds of confidential files to a competitor agreed Monday to a temporary restraining order ahead of a preliminary injunction hearing in Texas federal court next month.

Vineet Kumar Jolly agreed to mostly avoid any contact with his new employer — rival contractor Harris Corp. — or with any current Cassidian employees or customers before the two sides meet again in court to consider a longer-term injunction on Sept 10.
