Authors Org Blasts Google's Fair Use Shield In Copyright Row

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 4:09 PM ET) -- Google Inc. and the Author's Guild traded shots in New York federal court Monday in their long-running class action dispute over the search giant's project to digitize millions of books, with each accusing the other of distorting the fair use doctrine.
