Mark Cuban Trying To Stack Insider Trading Jury, SEC Says

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 5:40 PM ET) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday accused Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban of seeking to question potential jurors before his insider trading trial in order to identify those most likely to dismiss the closely watched case.
