Calif. Campaign Watchdog Sets Sights On More Disclosures

Law360, San Diego (August 27, 2013, 10:29 PM ET) -- In light of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Citizens United ruling that uncapped corporate political spending, the California Fair Political Practices Commission is stepping up enforcement efforts and pushing several bills and regulations to improve public disclosure in the political campaign process, the commission’s chair told Law360 on Tuesday.
