TGI Friday's, Other NYC Eateries Settle Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 4:34 PM ET) -- A customer who accused a slew of New York City restaurants of engaging in a price-fixing conspiracy by illegally adding automatic gratuities has settled with TGI Friday’s and other eateries, but he won't back down against the other restaurants that have refused to change their billing policies, his attorney told Law360 on Wednesday.
