Enviros Sue To Block GMO Crops On Federal Wildlife Refuges

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 2:58 PM ET) -- Several environmental groups on Tuesday sued to stop the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service from planting genetically engineered crops and using blanket pesticide in national wildlife refuges in the Midwest until more is known about the impacts of the practices.
