Pa. High Court To Hear Rite Aid Appeal On Pharmacy Records

Law360, Philadelphia (August 28, 2013, 2:28 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court announced on Tuesday that it would hear Rite Aid’s challenge to an appeals court ruling that found the state’s Medical Records Act applied to pharmacies and that the company could not charge a flat fee to patients seeking records.
