US Wins $61M From Contractor That Withheld Discounts

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 2:46 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice on Wednesday announced a $60.9 million settlement with RPM International Inc. over a whistleblower's False Claims Act allegations that a subsidiary didn’t give the federal government the same discounts it gives other customers, but charges under state laws remain intact.
