Curt Schilling Can't Escape Suit Over Failed Video Game Co.

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 2:47 PM ET) -- A Rhode Island judge on Wednesday refused to dismiss a lawsuit accusing former MLB ace Curt Schilling, Wells Fargo Securities LLC and Barclays Capital PLC of misleading Rhode Island about the risks associated with $75 million in taxpayer loan financing for Schilling's now-bankrupt video game venture.
