Fed. Circ. Blocks HUD From Awarding Housing Contracts

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 6:56 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday issued an injunction blocking the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development from transitioning to new contractors in a disputed procurement for housing administration services, giving the court time to decide the merits of the case.
