CMS Delays Final Approval Of ACA Insurance Exchange Plans

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 7:49 PM ET) -- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has delayed the finalization of agreements allowing health insurers to sell their plans on federally operated Affordable Care Act insurance exchanges, pushing up close to the scheduled October start for plan enrollments, according to a Wednesday news report.
