Cardiologist Seeks To Toss $17M FCA Judgment

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 4:09 PM ET) -- A cardiologist urged a Washington federal judge on Tuesday to toss a $17 million judgment against him and his two companies for fudging bills to federal and state health care programs, arguing that a jury should decide whether the claims were made with “reckless disregard.”
