Law360, New York (August 29, 2013, 8:50 PM ET) -- Democrats in New Jersey are pushing to require businesses to provide paid, earned sick leave to workers, proposing far-reaching legislation that would impose strict new requirements on even the state's smallest employers, attorneys say.
