Gas Drillers Likely To Exceed EPA Regs To Skip Pa. Permit

Law360, Philadelphia (August 29, 2013, 6:40 PM ET) -- Natural gas drillers who go above and beyond pending federal emission rules for fracking wells will get a pass from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, according to new rules, and lawyers say most drillers will likely make the bargain to avoid the costs and headaches associated with the state permitting process.
