Best Buy Tells Jury It’s Owed $770M For LCD Price-Fixing

Law360, San Francisco (August 29, 2013, 9:09 PM ET) -- Best Buy Co. told a California federal jury Thursday that Toshiba Corp. and HannStar Display Corp. owe it up to $770 million for fixing prices of liquid crystal displays it purchased and resold, at the close of a six-week trial that is part of a sweeping multidistrict litigation.
