EPA Escapes Cape Cod Nitrogen Pollution Suit

Law360, New York (August 29, 2013, 4:43 PM ET) -- A Massachusetts court on Thursday booted an environmental group’s suit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency over nitrogen pollution in Cape Cod, Mass., saying the plaintiffs lack standing because they cannot prove that a win would redress their injuries.
