With NFL Deal, Pressure On Riddell Rises In Concussion MDL

Law360, New York (August 29, 2013, 8:31 PM ET) -- The NFL's proposed settlement of concussion-related allegations leaves Riddell Inc. as the massive litigation's sole remaining target, a precarious position given that any damaging discovery revelations would hurt the helmet manufacturer not just in this case, but in all current and future lawsuits brought by college, high school and other types of players.
