8th Circ. Tosses Land O' Lakes Cleanup Coverage Appeal

Law360, New York (August 29, 2013, 7:17 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Thursday rejected Land O’ Lakes Inc.’s efforts to revive a suit seeking coverage for pollution litigation over a refinery the company acquired though a 1982 merger, saying its claims are barred by Minnesota’s statute of limitations.
