2nd Circ. Won't Revive Bay City Rollers' Royalties Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (August 29, 2013, 6:26 PM ET) -- The Second Circuit on Thursday tossed an appeal by three former members of the Bay City Rollers alleging the '70s pop band's former label owed them millions in unpaid royalties, ruling that the complaint was barred by a statute of limitations.
