Gov. Christie Signs Pay Equity Protection Measure

Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 5:54 PM ET) -- Employers in New Jersey are now expressly barred from retaliating against workers who ask colleagues about their job title, occupational category or pay under legislation intended to battle wage discrimination that Gov. Chris Christie signed into law Thursday.
