Samsung Pushes For Arbitration In Galaxy False Ad Suit

Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 6:32 PM ET) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. pressed a California federal judge on Thursday to force an aggrieved smartphone buyer’s false advertising class action into arbitration, saying an intervening Ninth Circuit ruling undercut his attempt to invalidate a consumer arbitration contract.
