ATK Sends $100M ATK Missile Fight To Fed. Court

Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 1:41 PM ET) -- Alliant Techsystems Inc. on Thursday removed to Arizona federal court a $100 million lawsuit in which Raytheon Co. accuses ATK of failing to deliver rocket motors that comply with an order’s specifications.

Each party sued the other over the dispute in July, but although ATK filed its complaint in a Virginia federal court, Raytheon originally sued in an Arizona state court.
